Role Description The Project Resource Geologist is a full-time, in office role based in Perth, WA, supporting projects in the Tennant Creek region. This role involves planning and executing field programs, supervising drilling activities, and managing geological logging and sampling workflows.

The Project Resource

Geologist will interpret geological and geophysical data, contribute to resource models, and prepare technical reports to support project evaluations and mine planning. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with exploration, mining, and technical teams, maintaining data quality standards, and ensuring field work is conducted safely and in alignment with company procedures.





Qualifications
Solid field-based skills, including Field Work and Geological Mapping.
Experience with Logging of drill core and RC chips, and associated sampling protocols.
Knowledge of Geophysics and its application to mineral exploration and resource evaluation.
Practical experience in Drilling operations, including program design, supervision, and QA/QC.
Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Geology, Earth Sciences, or a closely related discipline.
Proficiency with geological and mining software (e.g., Leapfrog, Micromine, QGIS) and strong data management skills.
Understanding of resource estimation principles, reporting standards, and relevant codes (e.g., JORC).
Demonstrated commitment to safety, environmental stewardship, and working effectively in diverse, multidisciplinary teams.
Solid analytical, problem-solving, and written communication skills, with the ability to produce clear technical documentation.
