Senior Payroll Officer | Temporary Contract (Initial 2 Months)

Brisbane Inner CBD Suburbs | Full time Hours per week

We're currently seeking an experienced Senior Payroll Officer to step into a busy, complex organisation on an initial 2-month temporary contract.

This role will suit someone who is confident operating in a multi-entity environment, can quickly get up to speed, and enjoys working in a rapid-paced setting where no two days are the same. Key Responsibilities
End-to-end payroll processing across multiple entities
Interpreting awards, EBAs, and payroll legislation
Managing payroll queries and resolving discrepancies
Processing new starters, terminations, and payroll adjustments
Assisting with payroll reporting, reconciliations, and compliance activities
Working closely with HR, Finance, and operational stakeholders

About You
Proven experience in end-to-end payroll processing




Background working within a complex, multi-entity organisation
Able to hit the ground running with minimal training
Adaptable, flexible, and comfortable managing changing priorities
Solid attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Available to commence at short notice
