Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will take ownership of project accounting, financial reporting and project controls across Windrock’s construction and development portfolio.

You will work closely with the Construction Manager, Development Managers, Contract Administrator, Site Managers and finance team to ensure project budgets, commitments, cashflows, claims and forecast outcomes are accurate and properly controlled.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to establish and improve project accounting systems, influence commercial decisions and grow with the business. For the right person, this role offers a genuine pathway toward a broader Finance Manager position.
