Adecco is recruiting a reliable and experienced Production Operator on behalf of a leading manufacturing client. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced production environment, where you’ll play a key part in maintaining product quality, following safety procedures and meeting daily production targets.

Responsibilities

As a Production Operator, your responsibilities will include:
Operating production machinery safely and efficiently
Following production procedures and specifications
Monitoring production processes to ensure quality standards are met
Labelling and packaging products accurately
Stacking and preparing finished goods for storage and transport
Maintaining a clean and safe production environment
Following all workplace health and safety procedures




Working collaboratively with team members and reporting any issues to supervisors

Your Profile To be successful in this role, you will need:
Previous experience in a manufacturing or production workplace
Ability to follow processes and procedures accurately
Experience operating and monitoring machinery
Solid attention to detail and a proactive work ethic
Physically capable of lifting, stacking and moving products regularly
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Reliability and a commitment to workplace safety
Availability to work regular shifts, with potential for overtime
