Sales Solutions Specialist – Custom Design & Fabrication

Our Custom Design & Fabrication team is growing.

We specialise in aluminium custom access platforms, workshop equipment, Off-Highway Parts and engineered solutions for mining and general industry.

We’ve just moved into a brand-recent, state-of-the-art facility in Hazelmere, WA and we’re looking for a trade-qualified skilled ready for the next stage of their career.

This is ideal for someone who:
Has been on the tools
Understands site realities
Wants a Perth-based role
Still enjoys getting out to site, form time to time for a few days, just not living there

The Role: Solutions Specialist - Custom Design & Fabrication You’ll work directly with clients across Perth Metro and the Pilbara/Goldfields, helping them solve real operational problems through smart fabrication solutions.

This is not a desk-bound sales role.

It’s practical, technical, and relationship-driven.

What You’ll Be Doing
Visiting sites and understanding challenges firsthand
Developing practical,



engineered fabrication solutions
Working closely with our Estimating, Engineering and Workshop teams
Growing long-term client partnerships
Identifying value-add opportunities

Who Should Apply
Trade background (boilermaker, fitter, mechanical, fabrication or similar)
Real-world site experience
Ability to talk technical without overcomplicating
Solid communication skills
Willingness to travel every couple of months for short site visits
Sales experience? Helpful, but if you don’t have any, we will mentor you.
Trade credibility and attitude? Essential.
