Your New Prospect:

We have a great opportunity for an experienced Dozer Operator to join our Clean Fill site in Calga, NSW, on the Central Coast. This is a hands-on role that will require you to operate plant on a daily basis.

Standard hours are 6:30am to 4:30pm, with the potential for additional hours, including Saturdays, depending on operational demand.

About you:

Proven experience Dozer Operator position, preferably within the Quarrying, Earthmoving, or related industry.
Must hold a current LZ (Dozer) ticket and a Watercart ticket or HR Truck license
Experience with capping silt/tailings ponds is required.
Strong leadership qualities
Possess sound communication skills with a excellent work ethic
Be self-motivated and have the ability to work without supervision
Ability to proactively solve problems and present practical workplace solutions

You will have key responsibility in:
Oversee the Clean Fill site operations, ensuring activity is in accordance with the rehabilitation requirements or fill plans
Support Operations Manager in ensuring Planning Permits and EPA guidelines are adhered to
Uphold a continuous improvement and safety-first mindset
Report and record all incidents and hazards in a timely manner




Manage receipt of materials ensuring compliance with statutory requirements
Ensure all company and hired equipment is maintained in line with manufacturers standards and are always operating safety and efficiently.
