About The Role
We are looking for compassionate and reliable Personal Care Workers to join our team in permanent part-time positions.
Whether you are an experienced aged care professional or looking to build your career in aged care, you'll be supported by a welcoming team that values your contribution.
As part of our care team, you will provide person-centred support to residents in their day-to-day lives, including:
Assisting residents with personal care, hygiene, dressing, mobility and meals
Supporting residents to maintain their independence, dignity and quality of life
Building genuine relationships with residents and getting to know what matters to them
Supporting social activities and contributing to a positive and engaging environment
Observing and reporting changes in residents' wellbeing to the Registered or Enrolled Nurse
Completing accurate care documentation and daily records
Working collaboratively with nurses, care staff and the broader team to deliver high-quality care

Requirements
Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent
Availability to work across a range of shifts, including mornings,



afternoons and nights
Current National Police Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check, or willingness to obtain
Basic computer skills and the ability to complete care documentation
Australian working rights (we are unable to offer sponsorship)
Desirable
Previous experience in aged care or a direct care role
Current First Aid and CPR certificates
Experience working within a residential aged care environment
