Role Description The Site Foreman is a full-time based in North Brisbane, QLD, with primary responsibilities on-site at active construction projects. Day-to-day activities include supervising site operations, coordinating trades and subcontractors, monitoring construction progress, and ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and to the required quality standards. The role oversees materials and equipment, supports adherence to project plans and specifications, and maintains explicit communication with project managers, engineers, and clients.

The Site

Foreman is also responsible for site documentation,



incident reporting, and contributing to continuous improvement in construction methods and site safety practices.

Qualifications
Robust site supervision skills, including managing trades, subcontractors, and daily construction activities.
Experience interpreting construction drawings, specifications, and project programs.
Sound knowledge of workplace health and safety regulations and safe work practices on construction sites.
Proficiency in basic project administration, including site reporting, materials tracking, and progress updates.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working with project teams, suppliers, and stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to solve problems on site, manage competing priorities, and maintain productivity.
Previous experience as a Site Foreman or leading hand in commercial construction is highly desirable.
Relevant trade qualification or certificate in building and construction; additional safety or supervisory training is an advantage.
Valid driver’s license and the ability to travel between sites as required.
