Job Description

Advara HeartCare group in Wollongong NSW is seeking a Medical Receptionist to join The Cardiac Centre NSW on a permanent full time basis. You will provide friendly administrative support to staff and clinicians, book and reschedule testing, and liaise with hospital staff and doctors.

You will greet patients, process paperwork, manage high-volume calls, handle billing and receipting of patient accounts, scan documents, and schedule appointments in a rapid-paced cardio care setting.
