About the role
Trades Assistants will support the maintenance, repair, and installation activities within the plant. Working under the guidance of the Trades Assistant Supervisor, they will ensure tasks are performed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards.
Key responsibilities
Assist in the maintenance and repair of machinery and equipment.
Support the installation of current equipment and systems.
Follow safety protocols and procedures.
Properly use and maintain tools and equipment.
Maintain accurate records of work performed.
Ensure work areas are clean and organized.
About you
Previous experience in a similar role within an industrial or manufacturing setting is preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Relevant trade certification or training is a plus.
Basic mechanical skills and ability to use hand and power tools.
