We are currently seeking an experienced “hands on” Service Manager to join the team at our Toyota & Isuzu Ute dealership in Scone.
You will be a result driven individual that wants to grow the business as if it is their own and claim the rewards that will be part of it. You will ensure that you the branch provides courteous service to clients, colleagues and the broader community and lead your team in portraying company decisions in a positive manner.
The successful applicant will have the team, tools and the dealership providing a support network to assist them in this endeavour. Basing yourself in an industry leading Automotive Dealership, with a product range that is envied, you will have endless opportunities to grow your section of this business.
Applicants will need to demonstrate the following skills to be successful in this endeavour:
Proven supervisory experience in a similar role
Extensive mechanical knowledge of automotive products and/or equipment
Operational experience leading, coaching and managing teams to meet KPI's
Demonstrated ability to market our services using business strategies
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Dedication to customer satisfaction and service requirements
Computer literacy skills with experience in dealer management systems is considered an advantage
Supportive and "can do" attitude
