Waitstaff – Tipsy Cow Steakhouse

We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable waitstaff to join the team at Tipsy Cow Steakhouse. If you’re passionate about delivering great service in a quick-paced, high-energy environment, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Provide friendly, attentive, and efficient table service

Take food and beverage orders accurately

Deliver meals and drinks promptly

Maintain a clean and organised section

Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service

Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally

Process payments and operate POS systems

Requirements

Current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certificate (essential)

Valid Food Handler’s Certificate (essential)





Previous hospitality experience preferred but not required

Strong communication and customer service skills

Ability to work in a rapid-paced team setting

Adaptable availability, including nights and weekends

Well-presented with a positive attitude
