We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Supermarket Store Manager to join Alreef Supermarket, a growing halal supermarket in Cranbourne North.

The successful candidate will take responsibility for the day-to-day operation of the supermarket, including staff management, rostering, stock ordering, supplier relationships, merchandising, customer service, sales, stock control, wastage and store presentation.

We are looking for someone with proven supermarket management experience who can lead a team, work hands-on and take ownership of the store’s performance.

Experience with independent supermarkets, IGA, FoodWorks, Middle Eastern or halal supermarkets will be highly regarded.

The successful candidate must have solid leadership, communication, organisational and problem-solving skills, as well as a positive understanding of supermarket operations, margins, stock control and wastage.

This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary based on experience, plus superannuation and potential performance incentives.

Pay: From $80,002.24 per year
