We’re seeking high‑performing, safety‑focused Pick Packers to join our quick‑paced Oats operation at our CTI Logistics Bibra Lake warehouse. With two positions available, this opportunity suits individuals who thrive in high‑volume environments, maintain accuracy under pressure, and consistently meet daily targets while upholding solid safety standards.

What we’re looking for
Solid commitment to safety, accuracy, and quality
Excellent attention to detail and picking accuracy
KPI performance, ability to work to daily productivity and accuracy targets
Teamwork, reliable attendance, and a positive, team‑focused attitude
Previous warehouse pick packing experience
RF scanning experience
Forklift (LF) licence highly regarded but not essential

Key responsibilities
RF scanning and order picking
Accurate picking, packing, and labelling of customer orders




Palletising and wrapping finished orders for dispatch
Manual handling and movement of stock within the warehouse
Performing stock checks and maintaining inventory accuracy
Maintaining clean, organised work areas — safety starts with housekeeping
Working to daily productivity and accuracy targets

Role details
Position: Pick Packer (2 positions)
Location: CTI Logistics Bibra Lake (Miguel Rd)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:00am – 2:30pm
Employment Type: Casual, with potential for permanent employment for the right candidate
