The Role

We are seeking a skilled crane operator experienced in operating Liebherr cranes, with a capacity of up to 150 tonnes, across multiple projects throughout the Goldfields region. The successful candidate will:-
be employed on a casual basis;
be either Kalgoorlie based or FIFO from Perth;
be required to work 12-hour shifts;
work both day and night shifts; and
be paid superannuation on all hours worked.

As a crane operator, you are responsible for operating a crane to lift, move, position or place machinery, equipment and large construction objects along with the following:
Inspect crane equipment and carry out maintenance.




Ensure all safety measures are adhered to including the placement of outrigger pads for stability.
Ensure all loads are within approved limits.
Following specific instructions, signals or blueprints to position loads accurately and safely.
Adhere to all TK Cranes health and safety policies and procedures.
Keep crane maintained and clean to TK Cranes standards.
Rig when required.
Help other crews when not required to operate.

About You To be considered you must meet the following criteria:
HRWL (High Risk Work Licence) - minimum class requirements of CO and RB.
Working at Heights Certification (within 12 months).
Construction Induction Card (White Card).
Minimum 3 years crane operating experience.
Experience working FIFO in the construction or mining industries.
Elevated Work Platform (EWP) ticket.
Forklift ticket.
Confined space certification (within 12 months).
Valid National Police Clearance (within 12 months).
Valid Australian Drivers Licence (HR Class minimum).
Complete and pass a full employment medical and a laboratory drug and alcohol screening.
