Medisa Pty Ltd is an Australian owned medical consumable supplier, based in Castle Hill, NSW 2151. We sell Wound Care, Nutrition, Incontinence products, Urology, Ostomy, and Feeding consumables. We are seeking like-minded people to join our team and help to continue to deliver upon our mission.

Responsibilities include:
Pick & Pack orders in the warehouse
Manage incoming & outgoing goods
Manage incoming calls and email enquiries
Respond to customer service inquiries
Perform general office administrative tasks as required
Work closely with the order fulfilment team to pick & pack orders
Prepare order labels for shipping
Support the Warehouse Team to monitor levels of inventory and restock as required
Assist Warehouse Team with the receipting of incoming stock into the warehouse

Be dependable and punctual




Have excellent customer service and communication skills
Be proactive and eager to learn current tasks and skills
Have an eye for design to be able to assist clients with the right furniture/decor bundles
Proactive, with the ability to solve problems and work independently
The ability to manage multiple tasks and competing deadlines

Pay: $26.50 – $35.00 per hour
