About the Job:
We're looking for an experiencedProject Managerto oversee the construction ofhigh-end luxury custom homes throughout the Los Angeles market.
This role is ideal for a residential construction professional with experience managingbudgets, schedules, subcontractors, procurement, quality, and client expectationsfrom pre-construction through final completion.

The company is looking for an experienced Project Manager who can take ownership of complex custom residential projects while delivering exceptional craftsmanship and a high level of client service.
What You'll Do:
Manageluxury custom home projects from pre-construction through final completion and turnover.
Overseeproject schedules, budgets, construction progress, and key milestones.
Coordinate witharchitects, designers, engineers, subcontractors, vendors, and clients.
Manage subcontractors and trades throughout all phases of construction.
Reviewplans, specifications, scopes of work, bids, contracts, and project documentation.
Trackproject costs, invoices, change orders, procurement, and budget performance.
Conduct regular site visits to monitorquality, safety, progress, and schedule adherence.
Coordinatepermitting, inspections, material deliveries, and subcontractor scheduling.
Maintain strong communication withclients, architects, designers, and internal leadershipthroughout the project.
Proactively identify and resolve construction challenges to minimizeschedule delays and cost impacts.
Ensure each home is delivered to the company's standards forquality, craftsmanship, and client satisfaction.
What We're Looking For:
Experience inresidential construction project management, ideally withinluxury custom homebuilding.




Proven experience managinghigh-end custom homes from pre-construction through completion.
Strong understanding ofresidential construction methods, sequencing, finishes, and building systems.
Experience managingsubcontractors, vendors, architects, designers, engineers, and clients.
Strong knowledge ofconstruction schedules, budgets, contracts, change orders, and cost management.
Ability to read and interpretarchitectural plans, construction drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
Excellentorganization, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and complex projects simultaneously.
Experience withhigh-end finishes and detail-driven residential constructionis strongly preferred.
Knowledge of theLos Angeles luxury residential construction marketis preferred.
Ability to workon-site in the Los Angeles, CA area.
