Job Description
CBUS Super is embarking on a significant risk transformation journey.
As Change Manager, you will drive people-side change across a major program, developing strategies, communications and adoption plans to ensure initiatives are effectively adopted and embedded within the organisation.
Working with Project Managers, SMEs and business stakeholders, you will manage a portfolio of change initiatives, influence stakeholders, and balance competing priorities to deliver sustainable transformation
