Job Summary
We are seeking aRestaurant Managerwith 2+ years of leadership experience in Quick Service Restaurant (QSR), retail, or hospitality environments.
This role will lead daily operations, develop a high-performing team, drive sales, and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Experience with scheduling, inventory management, and systems such as CrunchTime or HotSchedules is preferred.
Qualifications - Restaurant Manager
2+ years of experience leading teams in restaurant, retail, or hospitality
Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
Experience hiring, training, and developing employees
Experience with scheduling and inventory management
Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage daily operations in a fast-paced environment
Experience with CrunchTime, HotSchedules, or similar systems preferred
