HealthWISE is seeking a capable Program Officer to join our Services Support and Wellbeing teams.
You will provide responsive intake, triage and referral management, acting as the main contact for GPs, referrers and service providers, ensuring referrals are reviewed and allocated in line with eligibility and funding requirements.
