Looking for a qualified and experienced person who can help manage the venue along the side of the head chef and owner:
I would like to see proven skills in a silimar role before of management:
100 seat restaurant cocktail bar and 100 seat function room.
With a range of 15 staff to manage with rosters, training and induction.
Must be able to maintain high standard customer service through service times -
Create a happy and skilled work workplace.
Must have knowledge in wine serve cocktail making al a carte dining.
Be trustworthy to handle money - balancing and closing of shifts
Oversea large bookings and enquires
Work close with chef and kitchen staff for smooth operations
Help design beverage menus and cost of supply
Work with Weddings - promotions - and events
Budget controls WHS and leadership
Pay: Up to $80,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
