What you’ll be doing at NWM
Plan & Schedule Maintenance – Develop and manage maintenance schedules to minimise downtime and keep operations efficient.
Coordinate Resources – Allocate parts, labour, and tools effectively to ensure smooth maintenance activities.




Manage Records & Documentation – Maintain accurate records of service history, maintenance reports, and compliance paperwork in Automation & Xero.
Track Equipment Hours & Labour – Ensure correct charge-outs, purchase orders, and maintenance costs are recorded.
Ensure Compliance & Audits – Keep all maintenance records aligned with company policies and client requirements.

Communicate with Key Stakeholders – Act as a primary point of contact for maintenance-related enquiries, providing regular updates to field teams and management.

What We’re Looking For
Relevant qualifications in Business Administration, Maintenance Planning, or a related field.
Experience in maintenance coordination, scheduling, and record-keeping.
Proficiency in Automation & Xero (or similar maintenance/financial software).
Strong organisational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks efficiently.
