Role Description The Client Services Manager is a full-time, on-site role located in Caboolture, QLD. This position is responsible for overseeing the delivery of client services, ensuring a high standard of care, and maintaining robust client relationships. Day-to-day tasks include supervising support staff, coordinating client service plans, monitoring service quality and client satisfaction, and resolving issues or concerns promptly.

The role also involves liaising with families, caregivers, and external providers, managing documentation and reporting, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess solid Client Services and Customer Service skills, with a focus on responsive and respectful support.
Candidates should possess Customer Satisfaction skills, including the ability to monitor feedback and implement improvements.
Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, both verbal and written, for interacting with clients, families, and staff.
Candidates should possess Analytical Skills to review service data, identify trends, and support informed decision-making.
Experience in community services, disability support, aged care, or a related human services sector is beneficial.
Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience in a client-facing environment is preferred.
Relevant qualifications in social work, community services, health, or a related discipline are advantageous.
Ability to work collaboratively, manage competing priorities, and maintain accurate records in line with organizational and regulatory standards.
