Must Have Skills
Strong experience in Microsoft Exchange Server administration, Exchange Site Transformation, and messaging infrastructure migration projects.
Hands-on expertise with Exchange Server 2016/2019, Exchange Online, Office 365, and hybrid settings. Proven experience in mailbox migrations, site consolidations, tenant-to-tenant migrations, coexistence management, and Exchange infrastructure modernization.
Deep understanding of mail flow, SMTP, DNS, Active Directory integration, DAG (Database Availability Group), load balancing, and high-availability configurations.
Experience in troubleshooting complex mail delivery, performance, and connectivity issues.
Robust knowledge of PowerShell scripting for Exchange administration, automation, and reporting.
Excellent stakeholder management, documentation, and project execution skills.

Experience with Microsoft 365 administration, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Azure services, and hybrid identity solutions.
Knowledge of Exchange security technologies including Microsoft Defender for Office 365, email security gateways, anti-spam, anti-malware, and compliance solutions.
Experience with migration tools such as Quest, Binary Tree, or Microsoft migration tools.



Exposure to Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and broader Microsoft 365 collaboration services.
Familiarity with ITIL processes, automation tools, and cloud transformation initiatives.

Experience working in large-scale global enterprise environments is preferred.
