About The Role
Lead the governance, procurement and performance of national property services contracts
Drive strategic sourcing, supplier partnerships and commercial optimisation initiatives
Oversee a high-volume Property Services Administration function managing approximately 17,000 annual work orders




Ensure contractor compliance, risk management and service excellence across a national portfolio
Partner with operational and executive leaders to deliver secure, productive and sustainable outcomes

What You'll Bring
7+ years' experience in contract management & procurement, specialising in property services
Experience managing complex, high-value contracts across multi-site operations
Strong commercial, negotiation and supplier relationship management capability
Tertiary qualification in Business, Property, Facilities Management, Engineering, Procurement or a related discipline
Robust understanding of contract governance, compliance and risk management frameworks
Ability to influence stakeholders and drive strategic outcomes in complex environments
