The Payroll Team Leader reports the Manager and will take responsibility for delivering the daily payroll operations. More specifically your role will include, however may not be limited to:

n

Supervise the payroll team (2)
n
Be the "go-to" person for all things payroll
n
End-to-End processing of payroll for a portfolio of employees - Australia & New Zealand
n
Oversee any complex payroll issues (redundancies, long service leave calculations, and back pay adjustments)




n
Ensure strict compliance with all relevant legislation
n
Identify areas for process improvement
n
Adhoc duties as required
n

n

You will be a proven Payroll skilled with experience in both hands-on payroll processing as well as mentoring/coaching others. You will have outstanding communication skills, customer service and stakeholder management.

n

It is essential that you have a number of years experience running end-to-end payroll and you have some exposure to running Recent Zealand payroll.
