About the Role:
Proven experience as a Chef
Solid cooking and food preparation skills
Creative approach to menu development
Good leadership and teamwork skills
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
Ability to work well under pressure
Valuable organisation and time management
Available to work evenings, weekends and public holidays
Italian restaurant experience preferred
Requirements:
Culinary qualification or relevant experience preferred
Must have Australian work rights
