We're seeking an experienced Learning & Development skilled to lead capability initiatives that support business transformation and operational excellence. Key responsibilities:
Design and deliver learning frameworks aligned to strategic priorities
Conduct training needs analysis and identify capability gaps
Partner with leaders and SMEs to create practical learning solutions
Develop programs that support adoption of new systems and ways of working
Deliver engaging learning across classroom, virtual and digital formats
Manage LMS requirements, reporting and compliance




Measure learning impact and drive continuous improvement

What you'll need to succeed
Proven experience in Learning & Development, Capability or Organisational Development
Strong instructional design and adult learning expertise
Experience delivering learning solutions in complex environments
Knowledge of learning technologies and LMS platforms
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Relevant qualifications or equivalent experience

This role can be either 4 or 5 days per week and offers a hybrid working setting.
