Job Description
ShiftCare invites you to join our AI-powered take on sales development.
As a Senior SDR, you'll own qualification and pipeline for the 26+ employee segment, collaborating with Senior Account Executives to navigate longer, complex deals.
This hybrid role based in Sydney requires 2+ years in SDR/BDR within B2B SaaS, a proven track record of meeting targets, and robust discovery and MEDDICC/BANT skills.
You'll work with CRM and sales tools to maintain pipeline hygiene and contribute to go-to-market
