Job Description
MacKillop Family Services in Ballarat is seeking a Case Manager for McAuley House Ballarat to deliver trauma-informed, woman-centred case management for women experiencing homelessness, mental ill health, or family violence.
You will work with partners to secure safe housing, wellbeing supports, and sustainable outcomes, maintain accurate records, and uphold qualified boundaries within a culturally safe practice.
