Job Description
Stamford Plaza Melbourne seeks an experienced Director of Sales to lead the hotel's sales strategy, revenue performance and business development.
You will build and manage a high‐performing sales team, develop strategic partnerships and drive growth across corporate, conference, leisure and group segments.
Working with the General Manager and leadership team, you will shape annual budgets, forecasts and commercial objectives, ensuring targeted revenue and market share expansion.
