About the role An experienced Landscape Leading Hand role leading on-site works across structural landscaping and concreting projects. You'll manage a small crew, liaise with clients and builders, and ensure quality standards and timelines are met.

Key responsibilities
Running day-to-day site operations
Supervising and working alongside a small team
Reading and interpreting landscape/construction plans
Overseeing structural elements: concrete pours, retaining walls, paving, drainage, timber work, etc.
Ensuring WHS standards and quality control on all projects
Communicating with clients, builders, and the office
Operating small plant and machinery

About you
Certificate III in Landscape Construction, Stone Masonry, Brick and Block or Construction (essential)
Strong knowledge of structural landscaping methods and materials
Experience leading teams in office




Ability to problem-solve and deliver to a high standard
White Card
Driver's Licence (HR licence or machinery tickets a bonus)
Reliable, motivated and able to work unsupervised
