Chef de Partie – Mordialloc

We’re looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to join our busy café team in Mordialloc and support the Head Chef with smooth daily kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, cook and present dishes consistently to a high standard.
Manage your section efficiently during busy service.
Work closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team.
Assist with prep, stock control and general kitchen operations.
Maintain excellent food safety, hygiene and cleanliness standards.

Previous café or restaurant experience.
Robust cooking and organisational skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Reliable, professional and a strong team player.
Positive understanding of food safety procedures.
