Key responsibilities
Hand-washing pots, pans, and other kitchen equipments
Ensuring the kitchen team always has clean cooking utensils ready to go
Assisting with basic food preparation (e.g., peeling vegetables, portioning ingredients) as you learn the ropes
Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, including sweeping, mopping, and managing waste disposal
Supporting the chefs and kitchen team during high-pressure rush periods
About you
Resilience and grit—kitchens can get stressful and fast; you must not give up easily when the pressure is on, keep a positive attitude, and thrive under pressure
A willingness to learn—you don't need years of experience, but you must want to learn
Reliability—showing up on time and ready to work is non-negotiable
Physical stamina—you will be on your feet, moving quickly, and occasionally lifting heavy pots throughout your shift
Must be available on Friday; flexibility to work daytime shift and weekends
