About the role

Sesami is seeking a Junior Field Service Technician to join our growing team in Sydney, NSW. This is a full-time position where you will learn the technical skills to support and maintain our machines to our valued customers in the field. As a Junior Field Service Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support whilst gaining valuable hands-on experience as a technican.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your technical skills and work towards becoming a skilled technician within a supportive workplace.

What you'll be doing
Responding to customer service calls and attending job sites in a timely manner
Performing routine maintenance, inspections, and troubleshooting on equipment and systems
Installing, repairing, and replacing components as required
Diagnosing technical faults and identifying appropriate solutions
Documenting work completed and maintaining accurate service records
Communicating effectively with customers to explain work completed and provide advice on equipment care




Following all health and safety procedures and maintaining a clean and safe work workplace
Supporting senior technicians and learning best practices from experienced team members
Assisting with inventory management and ensuring tools and equipment are properly maintained

What we're looking for
A person who has an interest in electro-mechanical concept.
A current driver's licence.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail
Excellent communication skills and a professional, customer-focused approach
The ability to work independently and as part of a team in a quick-paced environment
Enthusiasm for learning and developing technical skills on the job
