Role Description The Data Analyst (Entry / Junior) role at Mukto Tips24 is a part-time hybrid position based in Sydney, NSW, with some flexibility to work from home. In this role, the Data Analyst will collect, clean, and organize data from marketing campaigns, client projects, and internal operations. The role involves building basic reports and dashboards, analyzing performance metrics, and identifying trends to support decision-making for design and marketing strategies.

The Data

Analyst will collaborate with the design and marketing teams to translate data insights into actionable recommendations. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining databases, documenting analysis methods, and communicating findings in clear, accessible formats to team members and stakeholders.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify patterns, and support data-driven decisions.
Candidates should possess Data Analytics skills, including data cleaning, basic visualization,



and report generation.
Candidates should possess foundational Statistics skills to understand distributions, correlations, and significance at an introductory level.
Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to present insights clearly to non-technical team members and clients.
Candidates should possess Data Modeling skills to structure data and support easy forecasting or performance tracking.
Basic proficiency in spreadsheet tools (e.g., Excel or Google Sheets) and familiarity with data visualization tools is beneficial.
Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid environment and manage part time hours reliably.
Relevant coursework or a degree in Data Science, Statistics, Marketing Analytics, or a related field is an advantage, but equivalent practical experience is also valued.
