We’re looking for an Influencer Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team and become the operational backbone of our influencer campaigns.

This is a part-time chance (15 hours per week) with the potential to grow as the agency expands.

What You’ll Do

You’ll manage influencer campaigns from start to finish, ensuring every detail is organised, every deadline is met, and every creator has an exceptional experience.

Your responsibilities will include

Researching and sourcing creators for client campaigns

Building influencer recommendation decks

Managing influencer outreach and communications

Tracking campaign progress and deliverables

Collecting creator details including sizing, addresses and contact information

Coordinating gifting and product shipments

Updating campaign trackers and project management systems

Supporting influencer events and brand activations

Assisting with campaign reporting and administration

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:





Highly organised and detail-oriented

Proactive and takes ownership of their work

Excellent at managing multiple deadlines

Confident communicating with influencers and brands

Passionate about social media and influencer marketing

Excited to grow within a quick-paced creative agency

Experience in influencer marketing, PR, events or social media is highly regarded, but attitude, organisation and initiative are what matter most.
