We're looking for a friendly, organised, and proactive Customer Service Representative to join our team. This is a varied, hands-on role that combines customer-facing sales and service with day-to-day office support. You'll be the first point of contact for many of our customers, so a positive attitude and strong communication skills are essential.

What You'll Be Doing
Answering incoming phone calls and directing enquiries appropriately
Responding to customer emails and enquiries in a timely, qualified manner
Performing in-store shop fittings and assisting customers with sizing and product selection
Preparing quotes for recent customer enquiries
Setting up current customer accounts and onboarding
Processing returns and exchanges
General office duties to support the wider team

Pay: $55,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
