We are currently recruiting for an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer to join a well-established business operating within the electrical and engineering services sector.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced AR professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and wants to be part of a collaborative finance team.
About the role:
Managing the end-to-end accounts receivable process
Raising invoices and processing customer payments
Allocations, reconciliations and maintaining accurate customer accounts
Following up outstanding invoices and managing debtor balances
Building strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders




Responding to account queries and resolving discrepancies
Assisting with month-end reporting and reconciliations
Monitoring aged debtors and supporting cash-flow objectives
Providing general support across the wider Finance function
About you:
Previous experience in an Accounts Receivable position
Experience within construction, engineering, electrical services or a project-based environment (desirable)
Strong reconciliation and problem-solving skills
Confidence communicating with customers and internal stakeholders
Excellent attention to detail and time management
The ability to work independently while contributing to a wider team
Strong Excel and accounting systems experience
