Job Description
Downer is leading multi-site facilities operations across four Victorian schools, delivering facilities management, maintenance and cleaning services with a focus on safety and compliance.
The Regional Operations Manager role requires regular travel between Cranbourne West, Cranbourne North, Clyde North and Pakenham, reporting to the Contract Manager.
You will oversee nine direct reports, manage budgets, KPIs and risk, and build solid stakeholder relationships to ensure high-quality outcomes
