Support Worker – Tahmoor and Rossmore

We are seeking vibrant and dedicated individuals who have a passion for creating meaningful opportunities for people with disability to belong and thrive.

About the role:

We are recruiting 4 casuals to support across the Rossmore and Tahmoor areas in our SIL homes
Provide warm, respectful, person-centred support that promotes dignity and independence
Follow behaviour support strategies, routines, and safety procedures consistently
Support participants with daily living, personal care, health routines, and community access
Use calm communication and effective de-escalation to manage behaviours of concern
Work confidently and independently while following structured support plans
Maintain clear documentation and communicate effectively with the wider team
Bring patience, reliability, and a calm, supportive approach to every shift

What you'll need:
Flexibility to work wide-ranging shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and overnight (active/sleepover).
NDIS Worker Screening Check & Working with Children Check.
Current Level 2 First Aid & CPR Certificate.
Green P’s or higher NSW driver’s licence
Valid Australian working rights and international police check (if applicable).
