We are looking for an experienced Cook/ Kitchen hand with the ability to work in a quick paced kitchen environment. Must be available on weekends and some week nights.

Must have good knowledge or willing to learn how the kitchen operates and cooking steaks and burgers.

Must have a passion for food presentation, quality & service

-Knowledge of food safety and hygiene. Flexible rosters

-Team player

· Working under pressure in a quick paced multi-faceted kitchen

· Possessing a skilled attitude and appearance
