We’re expanding and looking for reliable, motivated Civil Labourers to join our team. Experience in civil construction, traffic management or general labouring is a bonus, but not essential. We provide paid training and upskilling to help you grow your career.

Key Responsibilities:
General civil labouring: digging, site clean-up, fencing and more
Following protected work procedures and site requirements
Safely operating small plant and hand tools
Opportunities to operate basic plant equipment (rollers, water carts)

Key Requirements:
Current and valid Driver’s Licence with reliable transport (HR licence an advantage)
Construction Induction (White) Card
Reliable,



dedicated and team-oriented
Physically fit with solid motivation and work ethic
Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol test
