Morse Building Construction is seeking an experienced and qualified Building Consultants to join our staff on a contracted basis. Each member of our team is carefully selected for their specific knowledge and experience within the building and construction industry.
Key responsibilities
Complete site inspections
Create detailed causation reports and scope of works
Provide clear and accurate qualified reporting on loss & damage, remediation, quantification, etc.
Follow instructions from insurers and assessors
Work to meet KPIs
Work from your solid knowledge of the Australian standards, national construction and building codes (NCC).
About you
Demonstrated prior experience as a licensed Building Consultant Minimum of 10 years
Diploma of Building- Advanced Diploma of Building
Broad industry knowledge
Current and valid licence or legislative requirements for your current state
Certificates of currency for Public Liability and Skilled Indemnity Insurance
Builders License N.T
Ability to work autonomously
Robust computer skills
