About the Role Are you a passionate cyclist with a knack for mechanics and a genuine love for helping people? We are seeking a Bike Mechanic to deliver outstanding service and high-quality repairs to our local cycling community.

While technical experience is fantastic, attitude and soft skills come first for us. We believe top-tier customer service is non-negotiable. If you possess the right mindset, we are fully willing to teach and train the technical mechanics to get you up to speed.

Key Responsibilities & Duties Customer Service & Sales:
Warmly greet customers, assess bike issues, and explain repair options clearly.
Liaise directly with customers and suppliers regarding parts and service status.




Assist with retail sales of bicycles, parts, and accessories.

Workshop Operations & Maintenance:
Provide reliable maintenance, adjustments, and repair services across a variety of bikes.
Help keep the workshop clean, organized, and running efficiently.
Assist with opening and closing the store safely when needed.

Industry Awareness:
Stay up-to-date with emerging bicycle technology, e-bike trends, and current product releases.
Assist with basic inventory tracking and stock management.

Qualifications & Experience
Ideal: Hands-on experience in bicycle maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs.
Essential: Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn on the job.
Transferable mechanical or retail skills will also be strongly considered.
