Billing Officer - Temporary Contract

Immediate start | 3-month contract | $40-$45 per hour + super

FourQuarters are seeking a reliable and detail-focused Billing Officer to provide additional support to a busy finance team within the aged-care sector. This is a highly administrative position focused on processing billing adjustments and maintaining accurate records.

The Role:

You will
Review and process cancelled, adjusted or duplicated claims
Complete high-volume billing amendments
Perform accurate data entry using a bespoke internal system
Work through large transaction volumes methodically
Follow established processes and escalate discrepancies
Liaise with the Financial Accountant and wider finance team
Maintain accurate records of completed transactions

About You: We are looking for someone who:




Has solid data-entry and administration skills
Demonstrates excellent accuracy and attention to detail
Is comfortable completing repetitive, process-driven work
Can remain focused while working through large volumes of data
Is confident learning recent systems and following detailed procedures
Is available to commence immediately
Is an Australian citizen

Additional details:
Three-month temporary contract
$40-$45 per hour + superannuation
First week dedicated to training
Hybrid arrangement
Support from an experienced Financial Accountant and CFO
