What this role will involve

Deliver support per the participant's NDIS plan (Core / Capacity Building).
n
Community access transport, social and recreational engagement.
n
Personal care, meal prep, household tasks, medication prompts where authorised.
n
Maintain participant records aligned to NDIS Practice Standards.
n

What you need
n
n
NDIS Worker Screening clearance.
n
NDIS Worker Orientation Module completed.
n
First Aid + CPR current.
n
Driver's licence + reliable vehicle preferred.
