About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Barista who can consistently produce high-quality coffee while delivering exceptional customer service. This role requires someone confident in handling busy periods, taking accurate orders, and maintaining a clean, professional workspace.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and serve high-quality espresso-based drinks
Dial in grinders and maintain coffee consistency throughout the day
Take customer orders accurately (POS system experience preferred)
Handle cash and EFTPOS transactions
Maintain cleanliness of coffee machine, bar area, and seating areas
Refill stock and manage basic inventory
Provide friendly and professional customer service
Work efficiently during peak periods





Skills & Experience

Minimum 2 year barista experience preferred
Confident in latte art
Robust understanding of coffee extraction and milk texturing
Fast, organised, and able to multitask
Excellent communication skills
Reliable, punctual, and well-presented
Experience in hospitality or customer service

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28.00 – $52.50 per hour
