MADFIN Plastering and Maintenance is looking for a Qualified Plasterer and an Apprentice to join our team.

We are a small, family-owned business that has been running for over 10 years. We are all about high-quality workmanship and excellent service, and we need an eager, hardworking tradesman or apprentice to match that standard.

What’s in it for you:
The Hours: Full-time, 7:00 am – 4:00 pm, Monday to Friday.
Time Off: 1 x RDO per month, plus full holiday and sick leave.
Extra Cash: Plenty of overtime and Saturday work is there if you want it.
The Work: High-end modular homes, new builds, and detailed renovations.
Location: Mostly working across the eastern and south-eastern suburbs of Melbourne.
The Crew: You’ll be joining a solid, safe, and positive team of 5, learning directly from experienced tradesmen who want to help you grow your career.

What you’ll be doing:
Installing plasterboard linings, ornate cornices, decorative arches, and rosettes.
Working on detailed jobs,



including curved walls and high-quality level 5 finishes.
Finishing plasterboard linings and trimmings so they are ready for paint.
Installing and framing metal batten and grid ceiling systems.
Measuring up quantities, solving problems in office, and helping run jobs.

What we need from you:
A positive attitude, a solid work ethic, and a driver's licence with your own car (essential).
Someone who is trustworthy, reliable, and safety-conscious.
A White Card. Having your own tools and some scaffold experience is preferred.
You must have full Australian working rights (Citizen, PR, or appropriate visa) to be eligible.
