Sundowner Hotel & Motel is looking for an experienced and motivated Duty Manager to join our team in Caboolture.

As a key member of the venue leadership team, you'll play an key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences while supporting the day-to-day operations of the venue. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hospitality professional who enjoys leading from the front, thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about developing strong teams.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and support the team during day and evening shifts
n
Deliver outstanding customer service and guest experiences
n
Oversee gaming, bar, bistro and venue operations
n
Ensure compliance with liquor, gaming and venue procedures
n
Assist with staff supervision, cash handling and shift management
n
Support the Venue Manager in maintaining high operational standards
n
Foster a positive team culture and lead by example
n
n
About You
n
To be successful in this role, you will have:
n
n




Previous experience in a Duty Manager or hospitality leadership role
n
Current RSA, RSG, RMLV and Approved Manager Licence (QLD)
n
Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
n
A hands-on approach and passion for hospitality
n
The ability to work a rotating roster, including nights and weekends
n
Experience working in gaming, bar and food & beverage environments is highly regarded
n
